Chocolate Cake W/white Chocolate




Introduction: Chocolate Cake W/white Chocolate

Got Recipe from book called ショコラ by 渡辺麻紀


  • Dark Chocolate (300g)
  • Butter (100g)
  • Cocoa Powder (60g)
  • Flour (20g)
  • Eggs (4)
  • Granulated Sugar (70g)
  • White Chocolate (50g)
  • Dried Raspberries (Or anything else you want to use to decorate)


  • Cake Mold
  • 2 Large Bowls
  • Pot for boiling water
  • Sifter
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Spatula
  • Electric Mixer

Step 1: Preperation

  • Chop chocolate
  • Cut butter
  • Sift flour and cocoa powder
  • Boil water in pot

Later on:

  • Pre-heat oven to 170°
  • Melt butter and put it around the cake mold

Step 2: Mix

  • Mix the chocolate and butter together until it melts in a large bowl (bowl 1) (put this in the pot with boiled water)
  • Add the sifted flour and cocoa powder into this as well
  • In a separate bowl (bowl 2), mix the eggs and granulated sugar with the electric mixer
  • Mix till it's fluffy like the picture

Step 3: Mix Again

  • Put half of bowl 2 into bowl 1 and mix it well
  • Then put the other half into the bowl and mix it well

Step 4: Bake

  • Put the mix into the cake mold
  • Put it in oven bake for around 40min at 170° (Oven should already be pre-heated)

Step 5: Decoration

  • Once it's done, take it out of the oven, and cool it
  • Optional: Melt white chocolate and put it on the cake and add dried raspberries on it
