Introduction: Chocolate Chip Puff Cookies
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2/3 teaspoon of salt
1 cup (2 sticks) of butter softened
3/4 cup sugar (white)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (16 ounces) of chocolate chips
(Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit)
A large mixing bowl
A medium mixing bowl
An electric mixer (optional: If you do not have this item, use a whisk)
An oven safe pan
Step 1: The Dry Ingredients
Stir the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 2: The Wet Ingredients
In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars with an electric mixer. (Or whisk)
Step 3: The Cookie Dough
Beat the eggs, one at a time. Then, stir in the vanilla. Gradually beat the flour mixture, and then slowly pour in the chocolate chips.
Step 4: Into the Oven!
Drop the batter by rounded tablespoons onto the pan, using a cookie scoop or a spoon. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the cookies are just turning golden brown. Let them sit for 2 minutes and then transfer to a rack to completely cool. Now enjoy some puffy and fluffy chocolate chip cookies!

Also, if you switch out the eggs with 3 tablespoons of veggie-oil then it could be edible cookie dough!!! 😋😄
