Introduction: Chocolate Chip Puff Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

2/3 teaspoon of salt

1 cup (2 sticks) of butter softened

3/4 cup sugar (white)

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups (16 ounces) of chocolate chips

(Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit)

Supplies

A large mixing bowl

A medium mixing bowl

An electric mixer (optional: If you do not have this item, use a whisk)

An oven safe pan

Step 1: The Dry Ingredients

Stir the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.

Step 2: The Wet Ingredients

In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars with an electric mixer. (Or whisk)

Step 3: The Cookie Dough

Beat the eggs, one at a time. Then, stir in the vanilla. Gradually beat the flour mixture, and then slowly pour in the chocolate chips.

Step 4: Into the Oven!

Drop the batter by rounded tablespoons onto the pan, using a cookie scoop or a spoon. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the cookies are just turning golden brown. Let them sit for 2 minutes and then transfer to a rack to completely cool. Now enjoy some puffy and fluffy chocolate chip cookies!
