Chocolate Coverd Peanut Butter Cups (Reese's)

I found this recipe recently. Hope you like it.

2 sticks softened butter
1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

chocolate coating:
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tblsp. shortening

Step 1: Mixing

Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix.

Step 2: Rolling and Freezing

Roll into balls and put into freezer for about an hour.

Step 3: Chocolate & Dipping

Melt your Chocolate Chips at half power for 2 minutes then add your shortning.
Once you've made your chocolate, dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate and place in a muffin pan. Be sure to use non-stick spray or have a very sticky mess later on.
