Introduction: Chocolate Swirl Marble Muffins Recipe



400g flour

250g melted butter

250g powder sugar

200g sour cream

4 eggs

2 spoons cocoa powder

2 spoons milk

1 spoon vanilla sugar

1 pinch cinnamon

5g natron

Step 1: The Dough

Give the egg yolk in a bowl add the melted butter and mix everything. Add the powder & the vanilla sugar spoon by spoon. Give the sour cream to it and mix it. Now add flour & natron spoon by spoon and split the dough in half. Give the protain in a cup and beat it. Give the half of it to one half of the dough and fould it. Give cocoa the the other half of the dough add the milk and cinnamon and mix everthing. Now add the rest of the protain to the dark dough and mix it.

Step 2: Finish

Give a spoon of light dough in a buttered muffin form. Then give a spoon dark dough in the muffin form and mix everything a bit with a fork. Put the form in the oven at 160 degrees celsius circulating air for about 18 to 20 minutes.
