Introduction: Chocolate Truffles
This is one of my favourite recipes. It is quick and easy to make and is enjoyed by adults and children alike.
Step 1: Collect Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 375g Condensed Milk
- 250g Milk Biscuits
- 1 cup Coconut
Step 2: Crush the Biscuits
Place the biscuits in a strong zip lock bag and using a rolling pin crush the biscuits.
You may have to separate the biscuits into a couple of zip lock bags in order to crush them all.
There is no exact size that the biscuits need to be.
Step 3: Add the Cocoa to the Crushed Biscuit
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the crushed biscuit and mix it in.
Step 4: Add Half the Coconut
Add half of the coconut (1/2 cup) to the biscuit and cocoa mix and mix it in.
Step 5: Add Condensed Milk
Add the condensed milk to the mix and mix until all of the dry ingredients are moist.
Step 6: Rolling the Truffles
Wet the palm of your hands with some water. Using a spoon, spoon some of the mixture onto your palm and roll the mixture between your hands moving your hand in a circular motion. Once you have a nice round shape, roll it in some coconut and place it on a plate.
Step 7:
Continue rolling until mixture is finished, place the truffles in the fridge to set.

Maybe this is good but the title is exaggerated. I've never heard of biscuit or condensed milk (what an horror) in truffles and chocolate normally means more than 2 spoons.

This is a great way to use up the biscuits that nobody likes when you buy a box of assorted biscuits. In my case these are Rich Tea.
