Chop Chop bread can be made from your favorite bread recipe. You can use Italian bread, French bread, White bread, pizza dough, or buy some premade frozen dough at the store. The ingredients you add are completely up to you based on your taste, what you have on hand, or what type of party you are having. You will need to make more than one, because it won't last long.

Step 1: Make Your Dough

Bread flour= 3 cups
water = 1.25 cups
Olive oil = 3 tbsp
Salt = 1 tspn
Dry Yeast = 2 tspn
Sugar = 1tspn

Mix in your bread machine, mixer, or by hand

This my basic pizza dough

Step 2: Let Your Dough Rest

Let the dough rest about 1 hour, with some olive oil

Step 3: Spread Your Dough Out on a Table

Like you are making a pizza

Step 4: Add Spices and a Little More Olive Oil

I am using some rosemary, thyme. oregano, garlic, and a little salt.

Step 5: Add Some More

Onions and green pepper. Sorry I didn't have any mushrooms.

Step 6: What Else Do I Have in the Fridge

Sharp cheddar, provolone, some jalopena cheese, salami and pepperoni. I think that should be enough.

Step 7: Roll It Up

and get your chopper ready

Step 8: Chop Chop

I use a bakers scraper, but a sharp knife will do. Be carefull

Step 9: Chop Some More

I think the more you chop it and mix it the better it tastes

Step 10: Get Your Pan Ready

I use a pizza pan with foil. I spray the foil with non-stick spray.

Step 11: Transfer Your Bread to the Pan

It should be about 2 inches tall

Step 12: Cover With Plastic

I cover it with plastic, then a towel, and let it rise in a warm place. It will be ready in about 1 hour.

Step 13: Ready to Bake

I sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top. Preheat your oven to 370, and bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown. This time will vary depending on what ingredient combination you use.

Step 14: Let's Eat
