This is how to make a Christmas Candle Gift that can suit anyone!

Supplies

Material list:

· Jar / glass

· Wick

· Wax

· Stickers, ribbons, etc.

· Flower (of your choice)

· Lettered beads

· Paste food colouring (optional)

· Soap (optional)

Step 1: Drying Flowers

Using a flower of your choice, press it in between a heavy book. Wait 7-10 days until the flowers are dry.

Step 2: Decorate

Decorate the jar to your likings, using stickers, ribbons, pens, paint, etc.

Step 3: Melting

Poor water into a saucepan and put a bowl on top. Boil the water at a reasonable temperature and place the old / used candles in the bowl. Wait until the candles are completely melted to a liquid. If wanted, add a bar of soap, or paste food colouring to give the finished candle a smell or colour. When melted, be sure to get rid of all the excess (candle wick from the old, melted candle)

Step 4: Candle Wick

While the candle wax is melting, place the wick in the middle of the jar and keep it there by using a barbeque stick or anything similar. Bend the top of the wick over the barbeque stick so that it holds in place (no need to be perfect, there will still be time for corrections).

Step 5: Pouring

Once the candle wax is completely melted; carefully start pouring it into the jar (try to do this over a sink incase anything goes wrong) If wanted different layers of colour in the final product, then poor small parts at a time.
