Introduction: Christmas Country Decorating

As an interior decorator, Christmas decorating is my favorite time of the year. I usually decorate around 20 trees. One of my clients owns a cabin. There are 6 trees I decorate for the cabin, all with different themes. Here is one tree, that is possibly one of my favorites.

Step 1: Decorating the Dresser

This galvanized tray with white candles, stays out all year long. To create a festive look I added faux snow, small silver ornaments, greenery, and cotton sprigs.

Step 2: The Reindeer Are Happy

Aren't these adorable reindeer? They are made from yarn and fit the country Christmas decorating theme beautifully.

Step 3: A Narrow Tree for a Narrow Space

I had just enough room to fit a slim 7ft tree into the corner of the guest room. This Christmas tree is decorated in a "woodsy" theme. I used burlap and plaid ribbon, paired with a platinum gold ribbon. The larger ornaments are burlap with a pine cone decorated top. Glittery sprigs have been placed in the tree all the way around.
