Introduction: Christmas Theme Holder

We wanted to make something that can be brought anywhere and used to store cups and anything we want.

Supplies

Wood, cnc router or big drill bits, chop saw, planer, nail gun or screws, sander.

Step 1: Top Peice

Gather Big peices of wood and glue two of them together to create a block that is atleast 2 inches thick. After the glue has dried put the block through the planer and flip it and do the other side to level the block. After leveling it use the chop saw to cut the wood into a 14in by 11in board. This board will be called board A.

Step 2: Bottom

Get a piece of wood that is atleast .8in thick and use the planer on both sides. Use the chop saw to make it into a 14in by 11 in board. This boad will be called board B

Step 3: Sides

Get 2 peices of wood and us the planer on both sides for both of them. Cut both the peices of wood identically into 14in by 9.3in boards. These boards will be called board C and D

Step 4: Back

Do the same as the bottom but cut a new board into a 12.5in by 9.3in piece of wood. This one will be called board E

Step 5: CNC Router

Make a model in Fusion. Turn the model into a Manufacturing model to cut out the cup holders. Put it onto the cnc router and get it going.

Step 6: Painting

This step is optional but now is when you would paint your boards whatever color you want.

Step 7: Assembling

Use a nail gun to nail Board B inbetween Boards C and D. Then nail Board E to either of the the ends. Lastly nail Board A inbetween all of them lined up with the top of the sides and back.

Step 8: ENJOY

you have now created an easy to move snack and drink holder for anytime, anywhere!
