Intro: Cilantro Chutney

Cilantro Chutney is a blend of fresh cilantro (green coriander) and variety
of spices. Cilantro Chutney is a “must” with Fries, samosas, chaats,Savaory Snacks, and many popular Indian snacks. Like ketchup and other popular condiments, Cilantro Chutney can be used in a variety of different ways!

STEP 1: Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves (cilantro leaves)
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon groundnuts(optional)
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

STEP 2: Take Groundnuts, Green Chili, Ginger, Sugar and Salt in a Small Jar of Mixer Grinder.

STEP 3: Grind Them in a Mixer or Food Processor Until Smooth.

STEP 4: Add Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Lemon Juice and Water and Grind Again Until Smooth Puree.

STEP 5: Finish!!

Transfer to serving bowl. Coriander chutney with mint is ready.
