My first crochet rug.
These kind of rugs are a great way to freshen up a space. I can do it in a neutral or darker color..in the color you wish have:-)
You can wash it in 30°C

Step 1: Choosing the Material
I have chosen crochet hook number 10 and cotton cord in two colours - darka blue and green.
Step 2: How I'm Starting...
I'm starting with a chain 5 and doing a slip stitch to form a ring.
Round 1: chain 3, next 15 double crochets into the ring
Round 2: chain 3. Double crochet increase (make 2 sc’s in the same st) the next stitch and each stitch around.

Step 3: The Rule to Make Circular Rug...
Round 3: chain 3, make 2 double crochet in the same stitch, one dc in the next stitch.
Round 4: chain 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, 2 dc in the next stitches.
Round 5: chain 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, 3 dc in the next stitches.
Round 6: chain 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, 4 dc in the next stitches.
Round 7: chain 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, 5 dc in the next stitches.
You see the rule? We are increasing quantity of double crochets by one in every round.

Step 4: Finished Rug..
When your rug is as big as you want it to be, you will need to add an edging round. Chain 1. Single crochet in every stitch around. Join to the first single crochet with a slip stitch. Ch 1 and fasten off. Work away your tails of yarn.
