Classic Origami Box

Intro: Classic Origami Box

This origami model is one of those ones that pretty much anyone who does origami should make at some point. The Classic Origami Box is very simple to make but results in an impressive and useful little box for holding stuff, yay! 

Video for the clicking-averse people out there:

STEP 1: Materials

Whatchu need:
-one slice of square paper

STEP 2:

Fold the paper in half each way and unfold to get 4 smaller squares.

Fold each corner in to the center.

Fold the right and left sides in to meet at the middle then unfold. 

STEP 3:

Unfold the left and right corners. 

Fold the top and bottom in to meet at the middle.

Fold the left side up and the right side down along the creases that are already there then unfold. 

Fold the left side down and the right side up along the creases that are already there then unfold. 

STEP 4:

Open up the top and bottom to a 90 degree angle to the base. 

Bring up the left side, lining up the tip with the base of the box.

Bring up the right side, lining up the tip with the base of the box. 

Fill with stuff you like.

Bout' how big is it?

Lady1238 it depends on the size of the paper so you can mae big or small

Of course! I have made big and small both boxes but it depends on the paper used so
Big=Big box
Small=Small box

Yes they can just use a bigger square piece of paper

Yup you are sooo correct...This is not even difficult.... Out of 10 I would say it the difficulty is like 1 or 2...
