This slinger shoots rubber bands attached to sticks

Step 1: Attach Clip

Attach a clip using rubber bands

Step 2: Make Ammo

The ammo is a stick duct taped to a rubber band

Step 3: Shoot

Put the stick in the clip and pull the end of the rubber band onto the end of the pencil
