Clothespin Dolls

This is an instructable on how to make a clothespin doll.

Step 1: Materials

You will need: clothespin(modern):..........: ..........:crayons/markers(you can make fabric clothing if you wish but it might be more fun to let kids draw on clothes):...........: ..........: yarn of your choice:..........: ..........: googly eyes of varying sizes:..........: ..........:glue:..........: ..........:duck tape (optional)

Step 2: Eyes

Glue on two googly eyes. You can use duck tape to make glasses if you wish.

Step 3: Clothing

Use crayons, markers, or fabric to create clothes for your doll. I used the two little lines at the end to see where to stop. The first one down marked the end of the pants/skirt, and the second marks the start of the shoes.

Step 4: Head

To make the hair, cut yarn to the length you want and either hold it in with the clothes pin, glue it, or both. I recommend both for kids who are a bit rough with toys. To finish your doll, draw on a mouth and a nose if you want. Now you have your very own clothespin doll

Step 5: Other

The dolls above are examples of different things you can do, you can use duck tape to create glasses or necklaces or even hair and clothes.
