Step 1: Materials and Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup coconut butter (Melted)
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup packed down drown sugar
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • ¾ tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Equipment needed:

  1. 2 bowls
  2. whisk
  3. 1/3 measuring cup
  4. 1/2 measuring cup
  5. 1/4 measuring cup
  6. 1 tsp. measuring spoon
  7. 1/4 tsp. measuring spoon
  8. oven
  9. Medium sized cookie dough scooper
  10. tin foil

Step 2:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 3:

In a large mixing bowl, combine liquid coconut butter, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk to combine

Step 4:

Add flour, kosher salt, and baking soda to bowl and stir until ingredients are incorporated and you have a smooth dough

Fold chocolate chips into dough until they are evenly distributed

Line a large baking sheet with tin foil

Serve cookies immediately or let them cool and then store in an airtight container on the counter for up to a week. You can make two whole sheets of cookies.
