Introduction: Coconutter Bites

Step 1: Equipment Needed
- mixing bowls
- measuring cups
- stove top
Step 2: Ingredients
- coconut oil
- peanut butter
- brown sugar
- milk
- vanilla
- old fashioned oats
- shredded coconut
- chocolate (optional)
Step 3: Nutrients Included
Nutrients in the ingredients:
Peanut Butter: protein, carbohydrates, fiber, water
Milk: protein, water, carbohydrates
Step 4: Coconut Oil
Scoop 1 tbsp of coconut oil and melt on the stove over medium heat
Step 5: Add the Peanut Butter
Measure 3/4 cup of peanut butter and add it into the coconut oil, stir until it melts. Turn the heat off once melted
Step 6: Add Brown Sugar
Add in 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of vanilla, 2 tbsp of milk. Stir until smooth
Step 7: Add Oats to the Mixture
Add in 2 cups of oats and 1/4 cup of coconut
Step 8: Optional Chocolate Step
Melt chocolate on a double boiler over medium heat
Step 9: Form the Balls
Roll oats mixture into balls

Cover the balls with chocolate and sprinkle with coconut. Enjoy the finished product
