This was my FAVORITE costume for our son, Ian who is a little over 2 1/2 years old. I made an "Oompa Loompa" costume for him last year and I thought that one was going to be hard to beat BUT I managed to pull it off! Ian of course had NO IDEA who or what he was haha! Everyone thought it was very unique. I think the cut off for this would probably 4 years old, the smaller the youngster, the better if you ask me haha ;)

Above is the finished product and he looked excellent! The bucket added a nice touch, everybody kept wanting a piece of chicken lol, but the bucket is totally optional :)

Step 1: Items Needed

1.) White Pants (sweat pants are fine or Jeans)
2.) Black Shoes (Preferably Leather-like shoes)
3.) White Long Sleeve Oxford Type Shirt
4.) White "Lab Coat", I ordered it online & they sewed "Col. Sanders" on the left Side - this is optional.
5.) Red "Child's" size Apron - I purchased our Sons at Hobby Lobby for $2.99
6.) Iron on Letters - In White, can purchase at most craft stores.
7.) Black Glasses - we just used old sunglasses, popped the lens out of them and spray painted them Black.
8.) Black Ribbon
9.) White "Temporary Hair Color" (Gray Pictured but use WHITE ONLY)
10.) KFC Bucket for All the Loot - Optional
11.) White Face Paint (Not Pictured)

Step 2: The Hair, Mustache, & Beard

FIRST: Spray the hair. Make sure you comb it with a part on the right, per the KFC picture of the Colonel haha ;) Keep spraying until it is mostly white. I used all my white spray on our Little Colonel, that's why there is a Gray hairspray in the "Items Needed" section. Use WHITE though NOT GRAY.
SECOND: Color the Mustache, Beard, & Eye Brows in with Face Paint or Face Crayons (I used the Crayon type, super easy) If you can find fake white beard and mustache that would be even better. The Glasses will be the LAST accessory.

Step 3: The "Colonels Tie"

The Tie is very simple. You just tie it like you would tie a shoe string. You just need to make sure you have a good bit of length on the ends. Sorry for the fuzzy photo of the tie :(
