After you get all the parts and connnect to PC HDMI Cable USB Cables only, start to play game from https://share.oculus.com/

Then try other PC Oculus Ready game.

Suggest to use Oculus Runtime 0.4.4 if you try other PC Oculus Ready game

U don't need any programming or soldering or hacking if you buy the parts at above link.

What you need is a skill handmade work for the case, or using 3D printer to print the housing.
