Converting Old Scaffold to Adjustable and Mobile Tables

The idea was to make solid working tables off old scaffolding and plywood who have wheels and adjustable highs.
I found the parts under a terrace at a friends house and had a semi plan how to, in my head.

Step 1: Finding Parts
