Step 1: Get Paint

Now you can paint it any color you want but I went with blue because its my favorite color.

Step 2: Stickers

Buy the stickers online or you can paint paint splats on the wall.

Step 3: Put Them on the Wall

Take the sticker and put them on the wall make shut there is no air bubbles under it.

Step 4: All Done

Now you all done if you wondering where I got the paint splats I own a sticker machine.
