Introduction: Cool Laser Effect V1
People! This is my first instructable! Don't just say bad things! just things to improve on! This is not supposed to be sooo cool!!!
Here, you are going to make a cool laser effect. I tried to find an easy way to make a laser show, but I had to resort to this. Look foward to the next version: Robot controlled light show! Below is my first try. It came out as a circle on the wall.
Warning: I am not responsible for any damage done by hurting something/one with the cd, laser, or any other item from this project.
This video is just the effect, not instructions.

2. cut up many cd's and paste them on to one other with plastic glue (don't cover hole!!)
3. both

Step 3: Getting the Base Ready
Now you need to cut a hole in the box so you can glue the motor in while having the top piece sticking out. Use a screw to make a hole in the bottle cap just big enough so you can glue it to the motor shaft. then move on...
Step 4: The Boring Part
Well, now you wait for the glue to dry... Just, go play your video games or something! NOW!
Step 5: More Gluing...
Now glue the cd to the bottle cap on the motor. Now go play more video games while you wait...
Step 6: Wiring
connect wires to the motor, then the switch, then the battery, then the motor. DUH!
Step 7: Done!!!
OMG! Your like done!!! OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!! aim the laser at the cd while it's spinning and look at the design that appears! never the same if you make new CD's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Step 8: Coming Soon!
Coming soon: Using the BOE bot from parallax to control many of these to make a real show!!!
