Introduction: Cool Things to Do With Old Rc Car Parts!!! #1
Are you getting tired of looking at the same old doorknob every day. Why don't you use some of those old rc car tires that you have laying around your house to make the coolest doorknob in town.
Step 1: Parts
All you need for this instructable is:
A doorknob
2 rc car tires
Tools to take the doorknob off and apart
Glue
Step 2: Step1
First you will need to take the doorknob off and apart.
Every doorknob is different so I am not going to include in this instructable how to take it apart you will just have to mess with it.
My doorknob had a metal frame on the inside and that is what I used to attach the wheel.
Step 3: Step 2
Once you have the doorknob apart you need to attach the wheel. All you need to do this is to glue the wheel onto the metal thing that was inside the knob itself.
Step 4: Step 3
And there you have it. All you need to do now is put the door knob back together and its ready to use.

what u could also do is keep it connected up to the electric motor (mind you it has to be strong enough) and use the controller to open the door by accelerating on the controller. (i know very lazy but can also be amusing)

pretty cool...but rims are always re-usable...boil or bake the bald/torn tires off..and have the rims for re-use..
