Introduction: Copycat Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup
Make the delicious Olive Garden special- Zuppa Toscana right in your own home. A very simple tasty soup you’ll make again and again!
1 pound Italian sausage
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
2 cups chicken broth
4 cups water
Salt and pepper
1/2 bunch of kale
1 cup cream
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Set each item aside after cutting. Start by mincing the onion and garlic. Cut up the sausage into small pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Mince the kale.
Step 2: Make the Soup and Eat It Too!
Add the sausage, onion and garlic to a large pot and cook on medium high heat until sausage is thoroughly cooked.(165 internal temp) set aside in a bowl. Add potatoes, broth and water to the large pot and boil until potatoes are tender. Add meat mixture back in along with the minced kale and cream. Simmer 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
