About: In a valiant attempt to keep myself from dying of boredom, I create.
I don’t remember where I first had this salad.  I do know that I love it and no one else in the family will eat it so I don’t make it very often.  This year, Thanksgiving is at my Mom’s and I am taking my Mom’s Chocolate cream pie (found here: and this salad.  I know my mom, my Aunt and my sister will love it.  So here is the recipe.

I didn't know these recipes used fresh, raw cranberries! Do you think cooked would work too? Thanks for having this recipe!

Use the chunky kind, and it should be okay. Why don't you try and let me know how it turned out.
