Intro: Crazy Quick Crockpot Pineapple Chili

Too busy to make healthy and tasty homemade meals yourself?  Nonsense!  Try this quick and easy recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and will give you a couple days worth of healthy food!  (Unless you live with roommates who will devour this any chance they get)

This recipe uses a slow-cooker (aka crock-pot) so you can cook it overnight while you sleep or during the day while you're busy taking care of other things.

It also uses vegetable juice (or canned tomatoes if you prefer) and dried spices to save prep-time.

Ingredients:

2lbs of ground or "stew" lean meat (beef, chicken, turkey, bison, etc.)
1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
½ cup of organic brown rice (optional)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1-2 cups water
2-4 cups V8 or similar vegetable juice (In the video we used 3.5)

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, stir together, and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 6 hours.

Optional: One 20oz can of pineapples added to finished chili.  (WARNING: This may be too delicious.  Use with caution)
