Introduction: Cream Cheese Marshmallow Fruit Dip
It's always great to be eating fruits and today I present you with a game changer.... an addicting cream cheese marshmallow fruit dip! You may be asking yourself if its really addicting and I will gladly tell you that it is! Next time you get stuck with bring fruit to a party, bring this fruit dip along also and you'll be the star of the show! Haha, hope you enjoy! There isn't a whole lot to this recipe. Step 1: Ingredients and Tools
Ingredients
- 7 oz jar of Marshmallow Fluff
- 8 oz package (room temp) cream cheese
- Any fruits of your choice (I love strawberries and blueberries)
Tools
- Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer
- Pyrex Mixing Bowl
- Pyrex Bowl 3 set
- Misc. kitchen utensils
Step 2: Marshmallow Fluff and Cream Cheese
In a medium sized mixing bowl add in marshmallow fluff and cream cheese.
Step 3: Mixing
Gently combine together (I used my rubber spatula first and then I using an electric mixer).You'll see that the electric mixer takes out any of the lumps.
Step 4: Scrape and Transfer
Scrape the sides with a rubber spatula so everything is nicely combined and transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 5: Enjoy
Use this marshmallow dip to dip all your favorite fruits into. Enjoy!

That's my go-to recipe too. Lovely 'ible! Makes me want to lick the screen. :-) I could eat that dip with a spoon... but I don't... (usually...). We have it with sliced apples, pears, and grapes. Is good with fresh pineapple too.
It works with lo-fat cream cheese & the softened spreadable tub cream cheese (regular or lo-fat) too (though it should also be room temp).
