These cute and creamy cupcakes are easy to make and decorate.

You Will Need:

1 pkg Vanilla Cake Mix (or cupcake mix)

1 tub/pkg Vanilla or Cream Cheese Icing

1/2 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut

1/2 pkg Vanilla Pudding

24 Heart Candies or Cinnamon Hearts

Baking Cups

Step 1: Filling

Mix, bake and cool your cupcakes and make and cool the pudding.

Using a small spoon or paring knife, core the cupcakes, then fill with a dollop of pudding. Replace the tops.

Step 2: Icing

Ice your cream-filled cupcakes and coat them with shredded coconut.

Add a small red heart to the centre of each cupcake and share with your sweetheart. Enjoy and Happy Valentine's Day!
