Introduction: Creamy, Dreamy Cheese Fudge
The weirdest and most delicious fudge ever. This no-cook confection is incredibly decadent and has just a hint of cheese flavor.
Step 1: You Will Need:
1/2 TBSP vanilla extract
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature
3 cups powdered sugar
4 oz dry milk powder
1 stick unsalted butter , room temperature
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Stand mixer
8x8 pan

Step 2: Cream Butter
Cream butter in mixer until it is smooth and lump free.
Step 3: Add All Other Ingredients to Mixer
Add all remaining ingredients to mixer and stir until combined. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of milk until it is the consistency of thick frosting.
Step 4: Allow Fudge to Set
Pour fudge into greased 8x8 pan. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Step 5: Cut Into Pieces and Enjoy
Once fudge is set, cut into pieces and enjoy. Fudge is best stored in the fridge in a sealed container.
