Introduction: Turn Any Book Into a Recordable Story Book - (with Video)
Today we are going show you how to turn any book into a recordable story book. You will be able record yourself reading the book and set it up so that anyone can use their phone to hear your reading the book when you're not there. It makes a great gift for that special someone in your life.

What You Will Need:
1. TINE tags
2. A Phone with the TINE app, there's an app for iPhone and Android.
3. A story book, that you're planning on giving someone.
A Quick Overview of TINE:
For those of you who aren't sure what TINE is:
In short TINE is what you would get if you combined a Post-it Note with Youtube.
TINE (pronounced "tiny") is a free app that works with these little stickers called TINE tags. Using TINE is pretty simple. You just stick a TINE tag on something, scan the tag using the app on your phone, and record a video or audio message and hit save. Now your message is saved on the little sticker. If someone scans the sticker with the TINE app on their phone they instantly hear your message. The app even notifies you when someone hears your message.

Step 1: Stick a TINE Tag on a Your Book
We decided to use one tag for the entire book, but you can also add a TINE tag to each page.
Note:
If you don't have TINE tags you can get them for free via the app.

Step 2: Scan the TINE Tag With the TINE App, and Record Yourself Reading the Book
Important: Make sure you've downloaded the TINE app.
- Once you've logged in just click on the scan button - it's the one in the center on the bottom menu.
- When the app is ready to scan, point your phone camera at the tag.
- The app should see the tag, and prompt you to add a message.
- Choose audio message
- When your'e ready just hit record and start reading
- When you're done, hit stop and your voice will be saved to the tag.
Note:
An audio message can be upto 15 minutes long, and a video message can be up to 90 seconds long.
Step 3: Give the Book to Someone Special
Once you've saved your voice on the tine tag, you're ready to give the book to someone you wish you could spend more time with.
Step 4: Let Someone Enjoy You Reading a Book to Them
When you're not around, anyone who has the TINE app can scan the TINE tag you setup. When they scan the tag, your voice will automatically play, as if you're in the room reading to them.
Step 5: Keeping Track
One of the best parts about setting up a book with TINE is the fact that you will get notified on your phone when someone scans your tag.
