Introduction: Crochet Headband Ear Protector
This is a very fast, easy, and simple crochet headband. It holds your mask so your ears won't be sore after wearing it for a long period of time. Depending on the size you choose, you can make one for yourself or your kids. Lets get started!
Supplies
You will need:
- Yarn
- Crochet hook size 6mm
- 2 buttons
- Measuring tape
- Scissors
- Needle
Step 1: Measure Your Head
Measure your head or your child's head with a measuring tape. Keep the measurements nearby.
Step 2: Make a Crochet Chain of 10
Begin by crocheting a chain which will be the width of the headband. Make it as thick or thin as desired. I made a crochet chain of 10.
Step 3: 1 Row
Put a single crochet in each chain.
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 in All the Rows
Keep repeating step 3 in every single row until you get the measure you want.
Step 5: Connecting the Ends
Using the same yarn and a needle connect the two ends to make a headband.
Step 6: Stitch the Buttons
Stitch the buttons to your headband using a needle and the same yarn. One button in each side of the headband. These will be used to hold your mask.
Step 7: You Are Done!
Your headband is ready to be worn while protecting your ears!
