Introduction: Crochet Laptop Bag

Protect your laptop, with this easy crochet bag.There are no complex stitches involved, just single crochet around to fit in your laptop.
Materials Used:-

  • 8 ply Acrylic Yarn
  • 4mm Crochet Hook
  • Buttons
  • Yarn Needle

Step 1:

Measure out your laptop. Make foundation chains according to the length of your device.

Step 2:

Next, single crochet in all stitches around.

Step 3:

In the last three stitches, make 2 single crochet..... one single crochet in the next stitch......and last , 2single crochet.This would form the curve to start working on the opposite side.Do not turn your work.

Step 4:

Single crochet all around the opposite side.

Step 5:

Once you reach the end, repeat the same as before.
2 single crochet, 1 single crochet, 2 single crochet.

Step 6:

Continue with the increases till it aligns with the base of your laptop.Then just work single crochet all around.

Step 7:

This is how your base will look.

Step 8:

Work till your laptop fits in.

Step 9:

For the flap,chain one and turn, and continue working single crochet.

Step 10:

Sew in the buttons.

Step 11:

For the button hole, do chain stitches according to the size of the button.
Ive done 4 chain stitches.

Step 12:

Continue with the single crochet.

Step 13:

You can leave it as it is or you can do a border.I gave a shell stitch border.
