Crochet New Born Baby Booties

These soft crochet booties are for few days old new born babies to protect them from cold

Step 1: What You Need?

1. Yarn

2. Crochet needle

Step 2: Round 1:

1. Make chain 9

2. 3 half double crochet in to the 3rd chain from hook

3. Half double crochet in next 5

4. 6 half double crochet in next chain

5. Half double crochet in next 5

6. 2 half double crochet in last

7. Slip stitch to join in 1st half double crochet

Step 3: Round 2:

1. Chain 2

2. Double crochet in the same space

3. 2 double crochet in the next 2

4. Double crochet in the next 5

5. 2 double crochet in the next 6

6. Double crochet in the next 5

7. 2 double crochet in the next 3 (use the bottom of the chain loop in this round only)

8. Slip stitch to join in 1st half double crochet

Step 4: Round 3:

1. Chain 2

2. Half double crochet in the same space

3. Half double crochet in the next 32

4. Slip stitch to join the 1st half double crochet

Step 5: Round 4:

1. Chain 2

2. Half double crochet in the same space

3. Half double crochet in the next 8

4. Half double crochet 2 together 8 times

5. Half double crochet in the next 8

6. Slip stitch to join in 1st half double crochet

Step 6: Round 5:

1. Chain 2

2. Half double crochet in the same space

3. Half double crochet in the next 8

4. Half double crochet 2 together 5 times

5. Half double crochet in the next 6

6. Slip stitch to join in 1st half double crochet

Step 7: Round 6:

1. Chain 2

2. Half double crochet in the same space

3. Half double crochet in the next 8

4. Half double crochet 2 together 4 times

5. Half double crochet in the next 3

6. Slip stitch to join in 1st half double crochet ( stop here and sew in loose ends)
