Introduction: Crochet Placemats(reusing Plastic Bags)
Here is a simple way to reuse plastic bags and turn them into something practical and in my opinion pretty too!
It costs nothing (assuming you own a crochet hook and scissors),
You will need:
*Plastic bags
*scissors
*crochet hook
First you need to cut down the plastic bags into "plarn" plastic yarn, so you can work with it.
Then crochet into whatever design you want, I alternate between colors and it creates a color wheel, the ones I use on my table are all different colors, you could just save up the same type/color of bags and make them the same or create "sets".

Thanks! The bags are from small grocers, like the ethnic food stores.
I'll load a pic of a target bag, I like the printed bags too because it adds a pattern.
