Very quick beginner project.

Abbreviations

Ch~Chain
Sc~Single Crochet

Step 1: Supplies

~Thin tread
~D/3-3.25mm crochet hook
~Scissors

Step 2: Ring

Row 1: ch 16 (enough for it to go around your finger) sc 1 until the end

Row 2-3: ch 1, sc 1 until the end

Sew the ends together to form a circle

Step 3: Done
