Cute Heart Plush

Hi! My name is Rita and I will be doing an instructable on how to use low cost materials or household objects to make a cute stuffed toy. All you might need to buy is some felt squares from the dollar store.

Supplies

• Felt Swatches
• Needle and Thread
• Tissues
• Scissors
• Pencil

Step 1: Trace a Heart on the Felt Swatches

You can print this heart and trace it on the felt or draw one yourself. (do that on two red pieces of felt)

Step 2: Cut the Two Hearts Out

This is one of the easiest steps. All you have to do is cut the hearts out and then they will be ready for sewing!

Step 3: Sew the Two Hearts Together

This is the hardest step. First, thread the needle. There is a video on how to do so attached to this step. Next, You have to sew the two red hearts together(video is also attached). Note: Do not sew the whole heart, Leave a little space open so you could stuff it with tissues.

Step 4: Cut Up Pieces of Tissue

In this step you need to cut up little pieces of tissue that you will use to stuff the heart.

Step 5: Stuff the Heart With Tissue

Now, all you have to do is put all the cut up tissue pieces inside the heart and sew the rest of it up.

Step 6: Good Job!!!
