Introduction: DIY 3D PRINTED VISE

Hello everyone i want to present one of my projects , 3d printed vise.

Step 1: DOWNLOAD FILES 30X35X10 VISE

First download this files and print them.

Step 2: THE PARTS

Now that you have printed the files you need more:

1x M5 screw 70mm long

2x M5 washers

4x M5 nuts

Step 3: VISE ASSEMBLY

Insert the M5 screw in the part 3.

Step 4: VISE ASSEMBLY

Block the M5 screw with the M5 nut.

Step 5: VISE ASSEMBLY

Insert the M5 nut in the part 2.

Step 6: VISE ASSEMBLY

Insert the part 1 in the part 2.

Step 7: VISE ASSEMBLY

Slide the part 1 to the left side.

Step 8: VISE ASSEMBLY

Insert the M5 screw.

Step 9: VISE ASSEMBLY

Insert the M5 nut.

Step 10: VISE ASSEMBLY

Insert the M5 washer.

Step 11: VISE ASSEMBLY

Insert the M5 screw in the part 1.

Step 12: VISE ASSEMBLY

Insert the second washer.

Step 13: VISE ASSEMBLY

Before to insert the nut in the part 1 put some glue on the nut thread. Insert the nut in the part 1 and wait for 5 minutes to stick.

Step 14: VISE ASSEMBLY

Then on the other side of the part 1 put some glue this time on the screw.

Step 15: VISE ASSEMBLY

Now tight the nut but leave a bit of play and wait another 5 minutes tu stick.

Step 16: VISE ASSEMBLY

Congratulations you now have your own 3d printed vise.
