If you do not have a birdie this might be useful.

Step 1: Tools & Materials

Tools: scissors, pencil, ruler, red or scarlet crayon

Materials: printer paper (white), Scotch tape, yarn(white), beans

Step 2:

Cut out a 8" by 8" square with a 2" by 2" red square in the middle. Fold with the red spot showing from right to left, and then, unfold. Repeat folding top to bottom. Next, fold with the the red spot NOT showing from top right corner to the bottom left corner, and then unfold. Repeat folding the top left corner to the bottom right corner.

Step 3: Put the Beans in the Birdie

Make sure the red dot is not showing. Put a few beans onto the birdie. (SIMPLEST STEP EVER)

Step 5: Almost Done
