Introduction: DIY Boombox Speaker to Pipe Pvc

As a newbie in this field, today I would like to introduce a bluetooth speaker of mine in Pvc

I made this project with rudimentary tools, hope you guys don't judge too harshly for the level of perfection of the product.

Step 1: Create a Pvc Frame Set

I use two hose connections of 90 tube and two check valve caps and a pvc panel. that are beveled

First,Beveled at check valve caps. I used a saw to create a slant for the check valve caps. Next, I used a gas stove to heat the top of the tube and put a bowl in it to reduce the round hole.

Step 2: Shaping the Product

I cut the blanks to fit the face and charger socket and battery indicator LED. Cut the pvc panel to fit the hole just made. Use 502 glue to fix them together

I haven't attached the two check valve caps but left it to the last step.

Step 3: Prepare Them a Good Set of Viscera

viscera include:

*1 mainboard bluetooth audio amplifier TPA3118 dual channel

*2 full range speakers

*2 treble with capacitors

*1 3S battery

*1 charger 3S

*1 battery indicator LED

*3 push-release switches

*1 toggle switch

*1 push switch

Step 4: Installation and Gluing

First, Attach auxiliary devices. I attached the charging port and then the push switch, followed by the battery indicator LED and the toggle switch and three push-release switch.

Second, Install auxiliary devices. Conect auxiliary devices with main boar and battery based on connection diagrams.

Third, Insert the passive radiator into the check valve caps 

Forth, Complete. Put the speaker in the pvc panel. Install the battery, install the support bar, glue and install the main board, install pvc panel. At the end, Apply glue to the openings and install the passive radiator.

Step 5: Turn on Music Source and Test
