Hello! For this instructable, I will be showing you guys how to make an elegant canvas made out of cloth.

Step 1: Step 1) Gather Your Materials

To create:

A canvas (can be blank or not)
Either white or black cloth (for the elegant look, but you can do any color!)
Scissors
Hot glue gun + sticks
An iron

To decorate:

Hot glue gun + sticks
beads
Confetti sparkles (either gold or silver)
Glitter glue (optional, I didn't use)
A white pencil crayon

Step 2: Step 2) Iron Your Cloth

It is important to make sure your cloth has no bumps in it so it is easy to work with, make sure to be safe and iron with caution.

Make sure the cloth you chose isn't too small and is bigger than your canvas, and doesn't have any rips in it!

Step 3: Step 3) Cut the Extra Cloth Off

Take your ironed cloth and lay it flat on your canvas and cut the extra material off. Make sure you don't cut too much and leave some cloth to hot glue the sides.

Step 4: Step 4) Hot Glue the Sides

Plug in your hot glue gun and wait for it to turn hot, and apply the glue on the sides of your canvas.

Take the cloth and carefully push it down on the hot glue gun, and repeat for all 4 sides.

make sure you do this step properly as if the cloth isn't applied on properly your canvas will not look good.

Step 5: Step 5) Add Decorative Lace

On each corner of your canvas apply some decorative lace, to make your canvas pop up more!

Measure carefully and apply it properly.

Step 6: Step 6) Write Your Word

In white pencil crayon write on your canvas what you want to say.

You can write your name, a fun word, your birth month, and etc. Write whatever you want!

Step 7: Step 7) Add Confetti Sparkles on Top of Your Words and Beads

Now to make your words pop up you will add either gold or silver confetti sparkles with hot glue.

This step does take a very, very long time but make sure you do it properly and don't add the confetti sparkles on sideways or else your canvas will look bad.

You can use a stick to pat the sparkles down, to make sure they are applied on properly.

After you are done going over the words you can also add some beads or other fun things to make your canvas look nicer! It is totally up to you how you want to decorate it.
