Introduction: DIY Dates Protein Bar

today I'm about to share with you my secret 10 minutes dates protein bar recipe!

this snack close the gap between the main meals, and is reach with a lot of healthy things, protein and vitamins inside it!

Supplies

ingredients for one roll:

-1kg of Madjool dates

-200g pecans

-300f walnuts

-100g cacao or coconut crumbs

-350g natural peanut butter

you can drop here whatever you want, chocolates almonds etc., that's the basic

Step 1: Create the Blend

it's going to be extremally simple.

remove all the dates kernel.

drop everything in to your food processor except of 100g of walnuts and the cacao or coconuts. add the walnuts after blending *everything* together. yes, your food processor is going to work hard, while you gonna to bear the fruits of it!

Step 2: Let's Roll It!

now roll your mixture, wrap it with cacao or coconuts, and then with plastic wrap.

drop the rolls to your fridge

Step 3: 💩

remove the plastic wrap (yea we all know how is it looks like 💩)

and now cut it to slices and drop it back to fridge.
