Introduction: DIY Ice Cream

About: I'm engineer, I like to design programming things with Arduino hardware and pure electronics too.

Homemade ice cream is a dessert made with three ingredients only.

Step 1: Ingredients

List of ingredients:

1 can of sweetened condensed milk of 396 g.

1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream (473 ml or 16 FL OZ)

1 can of HERSEHEY'S COCOA 100% CACAO & Natural Unsweetened of 8 OZ

Step 2: Beginning the Process

Take a plastic container of 1 gallon more or less like the blue one of the photo.

Step 3: Adding the Main Ingredient

Add the Heavy Whipping Cream inside the blue container.

Step 4: Mixing the Main Ingredient

Once the Heavy Whipping Cream has been mixed, you will have a soft cream.

Step 5: Adding the Second Ingredient

Now, you should add the can of condensed milk and mix it with the cream done.

Step 6: Adding the Last Ingredient

Add 4-Tbsp of HERSHEY'S COCOA mixing it with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 7: Preparing the Mixture to Freeze

Take a refractory glass so that you can pour the mixture made previously. Then get plastic wrapping to cover it and so you can freeze during 12 hours.

Step 8: After 12 Hours

After 12 hours, you will have a delicious homemade chocolate ice cream.
