About: Unicorn: (n) a majestic creature who believes in making it's own destiny. @jodikayedwards #jodikayedwards lifestylefinesse.com

If you were following me on snapchat last year (@missjodik) you already saw the making of this vid! It's a year old but I finally edited the footage. :) Happy Halloweenie! For more fluff, add more tulle!

Step 1: WHAT YOU WILL NEED

What you will need is a bed skirt some tulle, tulle tulle, elastic and burlap

I found my bedskirt at goodwill, I picked one that had a nice little flounce to so it was already less sewing for me

I picked up the elastic, burlap and tulle from Walmart

Step 2: PREPPING

What I did was cut out the middle portion of the bedskirt that lays over the bed so all I had to work with was the trim and then I hand sewed the elastic into the bedskirt. I flipped the top of my bedskirt over the elastic and stitched away. The bedskirt is what will cover a majority of your body so you don’t have to use a bajillion yards of tulle.

Next you will need to measure the elastic around your chest and hips as this will be the foundation for the top and bottom of your loofah. Once I had the right measurements I stitched the ends of my elastic together and used string to tie the elastic to my loofah.

Step 3: CREATING THE TOP

Every loofah needs a string! This is also a great way to keep the top up. I’m took some burlap and braided it, if I were to make this again I would use a ribbon or string because the burlap was a bit itchy around my neck. Once I had my burlap braid I just took two safety pins and pinned it to the top. So you would put your top on first unpin one side of the burlap lay it around the back of your neck and pin the other side.

Step 4: CREATING THE HEADPIECE

Now I had some extra tulle laying around so I decided to make a little headpiece which also doubles as a bracelet!

Step 5: MAKEUP TIPS

For Makeup I’m going to go a little overboard with the bath theme, I wanted people to really get it so I’m creating my own eye stencil. (Watch the video to see how I created this!) Then I used eyelash glue as the base for my glitter lip. I found this loose glitter at Walmart in the makeup section.

Thank you so much for reading/watching!
