Intro: DIY Mini Swords and Knifes

I found several cool instuctables one day on making your own mini swords so I decided to make my own, im not doing a full instuctable if you want one plz comment.

STEP 1:

Basically I took a 3 and a half inch nail and pounded it flat with a 3 pound hammer on a hatchet head, then I polished and shaped it on the grinder.

STEP 2:

Then I wrapped the hilt in electrical tape and wire, it turned out pretty well I think.

This is an awesome idea! Think about Claymation. You could have the use these in a sword fight. You could also size it to a lego man's hand and you have a lego sword that's metal. Good instructable.
