DIY Online Bulb Controller

Guys,

Today I have experiment with AVR,bulb,firefox and relay,
I turn the bulb on via firefox, there's a possibility to control it from far away with static IP.
Let's get started

Step 1: The Modules

I prepared these modules for development :
1. AVR custom board
2. Relay board
3. USBasp
4. Bulb
5. Bulb socket
6. Some wires

Step 2: Code on Atmel Studio

I developed the code for AVR on

yes it's cheaper than raspberry and arduino, and it's the main mcu for arduino actually...

avr is a based from arduino, it's a chip made by atmel....but you can not use a code from arduino....

I don't know AVR. What is the difference between AVR and Arduino or raspberry?
Is it cheaper?
