Super easy paper feathers to decorate windows or wherever with!

Step 1: Supplies

To make you some window feathers of your own all you need is...
Hole puncher (preferably the one hole kind)
Scissors
Paper (I used double sided scrapbook paper and pages from a beaten up book)
Yarn in whatever colors you prefer!

Step 2: Cut Out Feather Shapes

Fold your paper in half and cut out a half-feather type shape

Step 3: Hole Punch

open up feather, and punch hole at the top!

Step 4: Slit Feathers

Fold back in half and cut slits all the way down the "feather"

Step 5: Tie Up!

Fish yarn through the hole you punched and tie!

Step 6: Hang Wherever!

Hang wherever you like! I hung mine in the window to brighten things up a little!
