Step 1: Working Principle

This Massage Works on Principle of Vibration, the vibration occurs due to imbalanced load on motor shaft.

Here we have attached unbalanced weight on motor shaft called as Gasket.

When the motor Rotates this weight tends to move outwards due to Centrifugal Force and Unbalance in weight causes the motor to shake resulting in Vibration

Step 2: Design of Massager

I wanted to Design Handheld Device so people can use Easily. The CAD Designs are made using Autodesk's TinkerCAD.

Step 3: 3D Printing

The Print was Done at 5% Infill using PLA on Ender 3 3D Printer. It took around 3 Hours to Print both the parts the Base motor Mount and Lid.

Step 4: Adding Wires

  1. First Strip the wire of Travel Adapter and Motor
  2. Then Create a Hole using Heated Rod or Solder Gun
  3. Connect the wires to Motor and add Insulation Tape (The Live and Ground doesn't matters as motor can rotate in any direction)

Step 5: Mounting Motor

Attach the motor Using Glue and leave it for drying for 1-2 hrs.

I have used Synthetic Rubber Glue

Step 6: Add the Lid

Glue the Border of Lid to the Box directly and let it dry.

Step 7: Enjoy Your Massage

Plug in the Travel Adapter and Enjoy the Body Massage on your Head,Hands,Legs, etc.
