Introduction: DIY Simple Sound Amplifier

About: Hello friends i show how to make stuff with no skills easy to replicate step by step from powerbanks, generator, invertors and so on thanks

How to make a simple audio amplifier with no skills in electronics it's now possible with a tiny but powerful amplifier board that can be found online and is not expensive taking into consideration that the only thing you have to do is to solder the connections.

Step 1: Mini Audio Amplifier 2x3w

I find out this audio power amplifier online and because of the price i decided to put it to the test. This amplifier can run fom2.5v-5v and the power(amps) draw is around 0.35A at 5V at maximum power, the sound is not bad

with proper, big speakers 4ohm you can have a portable homemade audio amplifier that lasts a long time and sounds acceptable loud for its size.

Step 2: Homemade Sound Amplifier

The first practical device that could amplify was the triode vacuum tube, invented in 1906 by Lee De Forest, which led to the first amplifiers around 1912. Vacuum tubes were used in almost all amplifiers until the 1960s–1970s when the transistor, invented in 1947, replaced them.

An audio power amplifier (or power amp) is an electronic amplifier that strengthens low-power, inaudible electronic audio signals such as the signal from radio receiver or electric guitar pickup to a level that is strong enough for driving (or powering) loudspeakers or headphones. This includes both amplifiers used in home audio systems and musical instrument amplifiers like guitar amplifiers.

Step 3: Mini Class D Power Amplifier

Here it is the mini class d audio power amplifier PAM8403 2*3W that is very small and powerful.

A class-D amplifier or switching amplifier is an electronic amplifier in which the amplifying devices (transistors, usually MOSFETs)
operate as electronic switches, and not as linear gain devices as in other amplifiers. They are rapidly switching back and forth between the supply rails, being fed by a modulator using pulse width, pulse density, or related techniques to encode the audio input into a pulse train.

Class-D amplifiers work by generating a train of square pulses of fixed
amplitude but varying width and separation, or varying number per unit time, representing the amplitude variations of the analog audio input signal. It is also possible to synchronize the modulator clock with an incoming digital audio signal, thus removing the necessity to convert it to analog, The output of the modulator is then used to gate the output transistors on and off alternately. Great care is taken to ensure that the pair of transistors are never allowed to conduct together.

Step 4: How to Connect the Audio Amplifier

If you want to test this amplifier or similar more powerful 12v amplifier

Here is a small diagram on how to connect the pins to the power amplifier is all written and the manufacturer labels the pins there are 9 pins in total 2-left speaker,2-right speaker,2-power input(2.5v-5v) and 3-audio input

witch is made via a jack stereo cable middle pin is ground and left and right accordingly.
