Tired of doing coleman slides down a hill and shredding your hands to the bone, but find it unreasonable and immoral to pay $1,000,000 or more for Loaded slide gloves? Then this instructable is for you! I know there are plenty of instructables on slide gloves already, but this one is a video, and has cool background music.

I've had some trouble with glue and gloves. so what i did instead was take a blow torch (like the ones used by plumbers) and melt the top of the cutting board. from there just press the glove into the board and wait for it to cool down. it has adhered better than any glue i've tried thus far.
