Introduction: DIY Snow Foam Pressure Pump

This Instructable will show you how to change ordinary garden pressure pump in a snow foam pump.

Step 1: What You Will Need

Things that you will need:

-Pressure pump 1.5 or 2L

-2 luer lock syringe 10mL

-Something to cut (scalpel/knife..)

-Scissor

-Plies

-Wrench

-Flat spray nozzles F110 (015, 02, 03, 04, 05)

-Needle to puncture

-Glass wool

-Sponge, optional to decrease the water flow

Step 2: Disassemble the Original Nozzle/tip

With the wrench and your hand do a small pressure to remove/tear the tip off

Step 3: Syringe

*Test if the tip will fit in the pressure pump.

Step 4: 1st Syringe

1st Syringe do as the pictures
Cut the "tail" and enlarge the tip

Step 5: 2nd Syringe

Do as the pictures
Cut the tip off and enlarge the role until you can fit the flat nozzle
Take the rubber plunger off, cut a hole.

Step 6: Two Syringes Together

The two syringes will be like this

Step 7: Fill With Glass Wool and Cap It

Fill the big barrel with the glass wool
Be aware of that maybe you will have to put more or less glass wool to produce more or less foam.
Usually: more shampoo = less glass wool; less shampoo = more glass wool (You have to test the amount).


To cap one syringe on another, you have to enlarge the plastic.

Step 8: The Pump

Make a hole with the needle as the picture, it will make air mix with the shampoo+water.
