Hi , I am a student, interested in making some simple Diy projects . I made a "DIY Taekwondo kicking pad" by using cardboard and some other particles .
Uses: All over the world this project is simple and low cost creation.

Supplies

Cardboard ,
Rough papers,
Tape,
Fevicol,
knife (blade),
Pen and
Scale.

Step 1: Take 45cm Length of Two Pieces

Take cardboard and cut them in length of 45cm . as a tennis bat shaped.
As the above mentioned we have to make two tennis bats shaped cuts

Step 2: Take Paper Rolls

Take rough book used papers and make them rolls. Using a pen or stick .
To put these rolls in between the two cut pieces (tennis bat shaped cardboard cuts).

Step 3: Rlloed Papers Attached to on Cardboard Piece

Take the rolled papers and attach them to one piece of the cardboard.

Step 4: Attachment of Another Piece of Cardboard

Take another cardboard piece and attach to the step 3 by using Fevicol gum.
After this put some weight on that object to attach the Fevicol perfectly .
Now our kick pad is ready to use after testing its durability.

Step 5: Tested and Used.

I tested this kick pad by shooting with rocks.
Also I belated this kick to a tree.
It is safe to see now.
We can use it .
(Sorry ,my internet is very slow. If it is good I upload the testing video also.)
Thanks for joining me also.
